Big Bonanza Blast – Feb 4-5, 2017

“FUN UNLIMITED”

151 Shooters over 2 days. 40 on Sat, 111 on Sun. Over 60 people shot the Argentina 2 events on both days. AMAZING!

The Fun Unlimited version of the Big Bonanza Blast will always be a 2-day event where we’ll have a Main Event and then a sub-event such as the Argentina 2. Which was a great success for its maiden voyage. Thank you to everyone for giving it a try. If you haven’t tried it or feel intimidated to do so, fear not. It’s a ton of fun and made for all shooters to enjoy.

We had an interesting event happen on Sunday…fog. And plenty of it. The day was actually starting off beautifully. Partly cloudy skies, sunrise was amazing and then 5 minutes after the event started, you couldn’t see the mountains through the fog. Which needless to say, the targets were interesting. Even with those crazy conditions, some shooters put on a shooting expo. Notably, Craig Tsuchiyama for shooting 90×100 on Saturday’s Main, on Sunday to David Glavin who shot a 92 in the morning and John Herkowitz who shot a 92 in the afternoon. Dave got the tie-breaker station to take HOA on Sunday. Congratulations to both of you!

As for the Argentina 2? Dave Glavin dominated both days with 27×30 and 29×30. Way to go Dave!

Take a look at these results from all 4 events over the weekend. It was a lot of fun. Thank you to everyone that participated and we’ll see you soon.

Hi Cory. I very much like this format for posting results. Easy to view. Do not have to go to another website to view the scores. Take care,
    David Takehara

Hi David, glad you like the changes. Unfortunately, we’ll still be posting our NSCA results on ScoringPRO. We’ll continue to do event recaps here and we’ll provide button links to ScoringPRO pages where you can find results for NSCA shoots.

Bonanza and Bonanza Nights events will continue to be displayed here.

I like this system too. Thanks for commenting.

Carmelo had the fog machines cranked up for sure. Glad you liked it. It was definitely a new experience for Moore N’ Moore.
